Shipping Policy
Processing time
– Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
– Orders placed after 12 PM Pacific Time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping options & costs
– Standard shipping (2–4 business days) – free within the continental U.S. on all kits.
– Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) – flat rate (e.g. $9.95) per order.
– Currently, we ship only within the United States. We are working on adding international options; please contact us for special requests.
Order tracking
– Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status via the link in that email.
– If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days, please reach out to support@bunsthebear.com
Delays & issues
– Weather events, carrier delays, and peak season demand can affect delivery times. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package leaves our warehouse, but we’re happy to assist in tracking any delayed shipments.
– If your package arrives damaged, please email a photo and order number within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement.
