Refund Policy

Return window
– We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
– To be eligible, the kit must be unopened and in its original condition. Used or damaged books cannot be returned.

How to initiate a return

1. Email us at support@bunsthebear.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide a prepaid return label (if applicable) and instructions.

3. Pack the kit securely in its original packaging (if possible) and affix the return label.

4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refunds
– Refunds cover the purchase price plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges for expedited shipping are non‑refundable.
– We don’t charge restocking fees.

Exchanges & damaged items
– We do not offer direct exchanges; if you need a different item, please return the original kit and place a new order.
– If you received a damaged or defective kit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace the kit at no charge.
